Regulations and specifications related to the work
Submitted films must be produced in HD- Full HD – K2 – K4 resolution, regardless of production time.
All works must be submitted via the Freeway Film website to the address.
Each film must be submitted for review in MP4 H.264 format with a bit rate of 6 to 8 megabits per second and image dimensions of 1920 by 1080 pixels.
Registration and entry of all information related to the film and filmmaker is possible only through the festival’s online system.
The submitted file must not have any marks (logos and watermarks) on the film.
Obviously, these film registration specifications and other information will be used for festival information and its accuracy is the responsibility of the registrant.
All films entered into the festival must have English subtitles.
The final version of the films that have entered the festival must be submitted as a data file in one of the following formats: MOV – MPEG2 – MXF – AVI – MP4 (H.264) by sending the festival link.
Information including the director’s photo, set photo and poster will be received from the films that have entered the festival.
The names of the co-directors of a film and their other details must be entered in full and separately in the registration form.
The producer of the work is responsible for responding to any claims regarding the material, moral and citizenship rights of individuals, and the festival is not responsible in this regard.
Any responsibility regarding the film’s promotional and legal issues that are based on the information in the form lies with the signatories of the form.
The festival participation form must be approved and
signed by the film producer.
